Fifteen years after the entry into force of the Regulation (EC) No 1924/2006 on nutrition and health claims made on foods, this study highlights the main criticalities encountered in its implemen- tation taking into account the analysis of the Commission Service within the REFIT program- me (Regulatory Fitness and Performance Programme) and latest cases discussed before the Court of Justice of the European Union.
A quindici anni dalla entrata in vigore del Regolamento (CE) n. 1924/2006 relativo alle indicazioni nutrizionali e sulla salute fornite sui pro- dotti alimentari, il lavoro esamina le principali cri- ticità riscontrate nella sua attuazione alla luce delle valutazioni effettuate dai Servizi della Commissione europea nell’ambito del program- ma REFIT e delle ultime sentenze della Corte di Giustizia europea.
