Abstract
We have reported the isolation of low molecular weight peptides from the genomic DNA of eukaryotic and prokaryotic cells. The peptides dissociated from DNA by alkali treatment show high specific activity in the control of DNA transcription in vitro and RNA synthesis in several tumor cell lines (Friend leukemia cells, L1210).File in questo prodotto:
