Abstract
The European law of sustainable transition, whether it is «green» or «blue», is characterized by a «promotional» and «diachronic» charac- ter and it benefits from systematic and axiological readings which are able to preserve the centrality of the value of person. As shown by the emerging problem of «digital carbon footprint», sectoral standards and practices, which characterize markets in transition, need a careful re- view of merit on the use of AI for energy saving goals.File in questo prodotto:
