It comprises four sessions that will cover different topics including new insights in the activity of these bioactive compounds, the potential of precision nutrition in health managing, the use of omics data in nutrition research and the impact of chrononutrition in metabolism and physiology. Hence, we have an exciting scientific programme ahead involving plenaries from experienced investigators and presentations from young researchers.
