MADE-IN-LAND research project - MAnagement and DEvelopment of INLANDs

The project MADE IN-LAND - MAnagement and DEvelopment of INLANDs1 focuses on the natural and cultural heritage of inland areas that, rich in endogenous resources, whether abandoned or still unexploited, have high development potential for the whole Programme Area. In strong synergies with the Italian National Strategy for Inland Areas (S.N.A.I.), which sets the background to efficiently promote inland economic and social growth and enhance sustainable development, the main project objective is to develop a cross-border strategy based on win-win cooperation between coastal areas and hinterlands to decrease human pressure on the firsts, while unleashing the potential of natural/cultural assets of the second
