this study aims to outline a set of principles within the Euro-unitary regulatory framework. These principles will ensure the adequate safeguarding of the person and his fundamental rights in the emerging data-driven economy, aligned with the objectives of the UN 2030 Agenda. Consequently, it proposes a harmonious equilibrium between the overriding interests of the community and the protection of the person highlighting specific domains in which this balance is particularly crucial, such as dynamic pricing practices, an instrument characterized by new tokenization techniques that is functional to the abandonment of fossil sources and the use of clean energy.
