The paper starts from the analysis of two recent Supreme Court judgments related to financial intermediation agreements, reviews two works in the field of conventional forms in order to show their current usefulness and provides an adequate solution to the issue concerning voluntary forms in executive agreements for the sale and purchase of securities.
