The present study intends to show, without pretensions to exhaust the problem, that the presence of a plurality of cultures in the same territory presents complex problems related to the ethical-legal regulation, as it brings to light the differences and the diversity in the Cultural, philosophical, religious conceptions, whether in the realm of customs and traditions, putting in crisis the principle of formal and substantial equality understood in an absolute way.
