The main aim of this project is the synthesis of the novel silver(I) coordination compounds of imidazole and pyridine derivatives, their structural characterization by spectroscopic methods and X-ray measurements of crystals as well as the assessment of the selected aspects of their biological activity, i.e. antimicrobial (antibacterial and antifungal) and cytotoxic.
