Abstract
We have investigated the formation of a quantum Glass at finite temperatures in low density two-dimensional conducting systems in semiconductor heterostructures. Using a memory function formalism we have determined the quantum Glass melting curve for weak disorder as a function of density and temperature, and show that the Glass-liquid transition is only weakly affected by increasing temperature at least up to the Fermi temperature.File in questo prodotto:
