The Authors describe thè surgery treatment performed in a severe case of ossifying epulis in a boxer. The strong adhesion of thè lesion to thè underlying layers required to remove a large part of thè adherent gum and to make an "osteoplastic" surgery for make thè bone structure better. At thè end of thè surgery thè Authors performed thè radicular smoothing and thè tartar ablation. The use of a radicai technique maked it possible that thè lesions did not reappear during thè time control.
