This article deals with the implementation problem of the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child (UNCRC) in the Italian legal system in light of Article 117 of the Constitution. Despite the fact that the United Nations Conventions on the Rights of the Child (UNCRC) is one of the most important multilateral conventions ratified by Italy on 5 September 1991, there are many conflicts between the UNCRC and Italian Law and, thus, the effectiveness of the Convention.
