The aim of the present work has been to examine the hematic crasis in a sample of the studente population of the National University of Somalia and to see if this can affect the possible presence of parasitosis. The choice of students has been governed by the need to have a group of individuals equal in terms of age, eating habits and all clinically healthy. It is noted that the presence of parasites can induce changes depending on various hematic parameters. These variation are much more acceniated according to the gravity of the state of infection and the longevity of the period the undesired guests are in the organism. The problem of parasitosis is without dobt one of the most ancient and importnat regarding the pathologies that afflict the populations of tropical countries, and its eradictaion is still difficult and far off. These parasitosis are very frequent in high risk communities and areas where we would have hoped, given the improved hygienic conditions and prophylaxis, that they had been eradicated. In fact, the presence of parasities is very often found even if no clinical signs of the disease are evident and this constitutes a potential contribution to the establishment of pathological concomitants, such as anaemia, that are very frequent in these communities above all if the nutritional state is not the best. The aim of the current work then, has been to examine whether infestations by subclinical parasites can produce hematic variations that the create a predisposition to anaemia.
