As reported by Yamazoe and Shimizu [1], the most requested types of humidity sensors are those based on the variation of electrical properties such as resistance or impedance. These sensors should present high sensitivity and selectivity, long-term stability, simple structure and low cost. This paper describes for the first time the use of a BaCl2-2H2O layer as a material for sensing humidity.

Abstract
As reported by Yamazoe and Shimizu [1], the most requested types of humidity sensors are those based on the variation of electrical properties such as resistance or impedance. These sensors should present high sensitivity and selectivity, long-term stability, simple structure and low cost. This paper describes for the first time the use of a BaCl2-2H2O layer as a material for sensing humidity.File in questo prodotto:
