The authors present a a case of chronic nonhealing wound, in the frontal-nasal region of a dog, complicated by bone and soft tissue loss and complete visualization of the floor of the left nasal cavity and the frontal sinus. This lesion resulted refractory to the primary treatment of suture and to the following pedicle skin graft. A combined omental pedicle graft and pedicle skin flap has been performed, with remarkable profit, on the damaged area.
