The Vegetational Information System Geodatabase of Marche region, planned and implemented during the project of the Ecological Network of Marche region (R.E.M.) with the goal to keep track geographically and over time of all the information about the plant landscape of Marche derived from phytosociological and geosynphytosociological analysis, is showed. The Vegetation Information System, planned according to standardized and tested methods, is an important monitoring tool to support biodiversity management and research.
