Fifteen pluriparous Comisana ewes , divided in three groups, were tested to determine the effect of Vitamin E and selenium administration, during a lactation period, on blood level of GSHpX, alfa-tocopherol, ROM's and on milk cellular characteristic. Treated ewes showed higher values of serum alfa-tocopherol (P<0,01) then untreated ones. Total and differential cell counts were alsosignificantly influenced by treatment, with lowest percentage of neutrophils in treated group.
