In the second half of the twentieth century, the archaeological sites of the Marche region are subjected to extensive excavation work, with interesting and signficant discoveries. The archaeological finds allow to understand the evolution of the central Adriatic, shaped by Roman inuence as well as by frequent contacts with Dalmatia, Greece, and the eastern Mediterranean. These finds are investigated with the methods of modern archaeology but also restored, adopting reintegrative, protective and sometimes even reconstructive methods. In recent years, new communication strategies for the archaeological sites have been adopted, to make the fruition more innovative and guarantee an immersive experience. The aim of this contribution is to outline, through some representative examples, the range of solutions, analysing the theoretical and methodological approaches, techniques and materials used to allow a clear readability of the restoration work and its revocability, according to the principles of conservation.

Abstract
The aim of this contribution is to outline, through some representative examples, the range of solutions, analysing the theoretical and methodological approaches, techniques and materials used to allow a clear readability of the restoration work and its revocability, according to the principles of conservation.| File | Dimensione | Formato | |
