ἔκϕρασις (ekphrasis). Un problema di rappresentazione

The relation between text and image is an interesting field of enquiry little explored so far. As concerns the archaeological heritage that has not survived - which is based on descriptions of artifacts and sites - it could exist again through 2D/3D construction of models. Studied here are the relations between the text and conceptual categories, between description and classification of objects in order to understand how all words and terms insert the results of interpretation and interaction between different profiles into the construction of models.

Il rapporto tra testo ed immagine è un campo di interesse molto ricco e tuttavia poco esplorato per quanto riguarda quel patrimonio archeologico scomparso che si fonda su descrizione di oggetti e luoghi potrebbe rivivere attraverso costruzioni di modelli 2D/3D. Si vogliono investigare i rapporti che intercorrono tra testo e categorie concettuali, descrizione e classificazione degli oggetti e comprendere come tutti i vocaboli portino alla costruzione di modelli frutto di interpretazione e dell’interazione tra profili differenti.
