We study a dynamical system possessing an effective non-self-adjoint Hamiltonian, which describes a mathematical model for a two level atom interacting with an electromagnetic field. The corresponding Hamiltonian turns out to be decomposed in pseudo-fermionic operators, which allow us to realize a finite dimensional complex representation of generalized quaternion groups.

Abstract
