Abstract: Th e paper off ers an updated overview on the Italian case-law regarding property regimes of cross-border couples, analyzing several cases resolved by the Italian Courts. A special focus is dedicated to the Italian discipline of private international law on property relations with a specifi c regard to the issues off ered by the iuridical qualifi cation in private international relationships following the case law indications.
