In the new EU Energy Market defined by the Directive 2019/944 is focused on prosumerism and disintermadiotion. In this scenario, under the new regulatory framework implemented by the Directive 2018/1101 the consumer is transformed in prosumer and in prosumager. This transition requires a new legal approach and a new kind of protection. The needs of a "just transition" is a cornerstone for all legal studies.
