The paper deepens some relevant questions linked with the right to adequate clothing in international law as a part of the more general right to an adequate standard of living guaranteed from the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (1948). The right to adequate clothing is also taken in consideration from the point of view of the right to wear religious clothing, i.e. the right to demonstrate views or behavior associated with a particular religion and the restrictions to this right.

Abstract
The paper deepens some relevant questions linked with the right to adequate clothing in international law as a part of the more general right to an adequate standard of living guaranteed from the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (1948). The right to adequate clothing is also taken in consideration from the point of view of the right to wear religious clothing, i.e. the right to demonstrate views or behavior associated with a particular religion and the restrictions to this right.File in questo prodotto:
