The paper offer a general overview of the EU regulatory framework in matters of alternative disputes resolutions and analyse in depht the ODR platform created by the new EU regulation. The role of the consumers is really important in the new EU approach. The consumers can choose not only among several useful tools to close theirs disputes, but can use reputational systems to became effective actors in the markets.
