Abstract
e-Government is a wide, complex and dynamic process that involves the Public Adminis- tration (PA) into a mesh of socio, technical, and organizational issues [otEC03]. To enable the success of e-government, the PA has the need to introduce dynamic and flexible so- lutions and suitable tools to organize, retrieve and keeping up to date, human, technical, environmental and financial resources and tools to personalize services design. In this paper, we propose the use of Resourceome [CCM07, CFMV08] for e-Government domain. Resourceome is an intuitive and user-friendly web-based tool for managing the PA resources through a semantic approach. It uses a multi-level knowledge model and supports the representation, visualization, integration and querying of resources knowl- edge according to the application domain, in this work the e-Government domain. On the other hand, Athene [?] provides an environment for graphical modeling of business pro- cesses that are automatically transformed into ontologies with Kiss []. We believe that the integration of Resourceome into Athene and Kiss environment would provide a powerful tool to help civil servants and more general government administrations to convey toward a digital administration.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
