The former Sadam Property in Fano – Territorial Condensers and the Ability to Interfere/Dialogue with Networks

The dimensions, quality and quantity of decommissioned areas along thè Adriatic coast offers a series of considerations that begin with their relationship to urban settlements. An initial hypothesis allowed us to identify recurring elements related to settlement in these areas. Elements that are tied to their "function", to their use as spaces of production. leading to a "design question whose answers present very similar "forms", types and methods. Ali the while, there is a uniformity of interventions, even in the case of different volumes. If we ignore the "historic" settlements that, in The Marche, are more easily ascribed to the brick mills and factories for the production of building materials, which, perhaps, are more suited to works of conservation or the creation of museums, to testify to the presence, even in this part of the Adriatic, of examples of "industrial archaeology", the areas tied to the enterprises of the 1950s and 60s and the successive decommissioning that took place in the 1980s and 90s, share many characteristics and thus similar elements and conformations.
