This work, besides proposing an especially designed morphodynamic legend (particularly aimed at land-use planning),furnishes some preliminary data and observations on two sample areas belonging to the Marche region (Adriatic side of the Central Italy), which are useful for the interpretation of the recent and active geomorphologic evolution.
