We implement a solution for the automatic ordering of BAC clones from fingerprint data obtained through full digestion of the clones with four enzymes that leave dierent 3' recessed ends and fluorescent labeling. The algorithm is inspired to a previous existing approach for building restriction maps.

Abstract
