In this work the authors describe the possible relationship between an exposure to electromagnetic field and the harrnful effects on the health. They particularly point out the caution principle, recently accep- ted in the most part of italian jurisprudence and in the new law on the pri- vate remedy, so as the penai relevance of some specific practices.
