All diets of the different categoriesconsidered, resulted to be hypercaloric, hyperproteinic, hyperlipidic and moderately hyperglucidic. As regards mineral salts and vitamines, a deficiency of vit. A and a widely excessive intake of vit. C have been noticed. Furthemore, form these researches it emerges that the farmers category presents the alimentary habit closet to L.A.R.N values.
