The evaluation of the immunohistochemical expression of FVIII-RAg, CD31 and Endothelin-1 was determined on canine, feline and ovine haemangiosarcomas. The purpose of our study was to investigate the diagnostic efficacy of these markers. A high staining intensity for FVIII-RAg, CD31 and Endothelin-1 was observed in dog, for FVIII-RAg and endothelin-1 in cat, while only Endothelin-1 scored positive in sheep.
